I think I got fast 4-2 but I'm not sure. when I finished the level the pellson rom said 25.59. is that fast 4-2?
We usually use the remainder and not the pellsson timer to time levels. R13 or greater means you saved it. If you send a video I can check.
A 376 pipe entry basically guarantees the framerule provided you don't totally botch the warp zone movement. Even a high 375 can still get the framerule, so yeah you don't even need to look at the remainder to know that you got it.
