I'm just curious what glitches and Speedrun tricks were patched out from this game. All I know is the BLJ is not possible.

All glitches except blj, work, both in SM64, SMS and SMG. So if you are doing an SMS or SMG speedrun you should not worry because all SMS and SMG glitches work. Also those of SM64 except for blj.
