After trying about 1,5 hours, me and my mate totally forgot that you could pull with the harpoons 🤣, so we wasted a bunch of time. After a friendly help of ToastieWaffles, we managed to get the ship into the pond in Mermaid's Hideaway. Due to the ship being just a bit ou tof the water, the ship despawned after just a couple minutes which demoralized us after 2 hours. After one more attempt, we got the setup done. After just a couple tries, I managed to get a good time. Sadly, it is necessary to retime the run as I started the counter after I pulled the fishing rod out.
