I was expecting to beat this soon, but it never happened... So I guess I'll submit this for now.
I lost a minute to Tails because of Ice Cap and another one with Sonic by missing Red Mountain Mission B. However, I got really good rng for Knuckles and Big missions, making those splits really funny to run against.

Separation of XBLA and PSN
Hi all, just an update on the console boards...
XBLA and PSN have been separated into different sub-categories. While this may stifle competition in the console boards overall, it should make things more fair.
I have manually retimed all of the XBLA runs above a certain time threshold without cuts
