Nintendont is a homebrew for newer Wii and Wii U that re-enable the GameCube backwards compatibility (which work exactly like an older Wii, it is always here, but it just have been disabled)

So I wonder Is it allowed to use it for SA2B Speedrun, because it works like the Wii Or is it banned
