Hello! First off.

1. There is a No Sun% Run.
2. The any% run category is on the official Robot 64 Page, not on the Category Extensions page.
3. If you are wanting a No Sun (any%) category, i don't see the need to add that, as it seems like a pointless category to add to the list.
