The new world record for the Win category in a public server was inconsistent with the rules, however, the rules were not specific enough so I'm going to be making a small change to the rules. If no other movement has done before you start the run in a public server, you don't have to record from the start of the previous game, just record your first movement. If you are already moving before the video starts, your run will be invalid. The reason for doing this is because recording from the end of the previous game and starting on your first movement is practically the same. It is still recommended to start your recording before the start of the next game so that I can tell if your run was cheated or not, but I have verified runs that started on their first movement with no other movement done until then.

Somewhat related, you should change the "bomb jump" sections to "bomb launch" for less confusion to new players

A bomb jump is jumping and left mouse button with tool 5 (the bomb), and a bomb launch is using its blast to get you somewhere quickly.
