Hello Everyone .. this is a video tutorial i made for this issue however the stuttering could be because many reasons ( Nvidia settings , Game Settings , PC Specs . ect ) but for those persons who's got every thing optimized and still got this issue it could because this reason also ( Explained in the video ) __
