Bridge PA can be some hell of a level if you don't know what to do. There is a zipline on the bridge that makes the level much much easier and faster, but in order to unlock it you need the locktopus, which isn't available until you beat the level at least once.

Here's a strategy to beat the level the first time. You'll need patience to do this strategy, but it works fine, for me at least:
