go to your \Documents\JoWooD\Neighbours From Hell 1 folder then open the file gameoptions.xml with Notepad , Wordpad or Notepad C++ after that search for "screen fullscreen= "false" then change the "false" to "true" it should look like this screen fullscreen="false". Save the doc. and you are done :)
