Hello I've been watching speedrans for a long time but I can't figure out how to turn on the speedometer livesplit is installed but how to turn it on I don't know. Thank you in advance.

you can go to edit layout, click on the add button, go to the information tab and it comes up as Memorygraph, then add to your splits (Assuming you have it downloaded if not you can find in reosources tab)
