Notes: Day Stray Fairy is in laundry pool, Night Stray Fairy is in east clock town

Notes: Different reward than original and some Stray Fairies were moved slightly
 
Great Fairy of the Mountains: Obtain powered up Spin Attack from Snowhead Temple Great Fairy

Notes: 6 part quest and you can't skip any title deeds and get only the HP, it won't count for the quest :/
 
Bank Loyalty Program (2): Deposit 5000 rupees in the bank and obtain a Heart Piece from the banker
Notes: 2 part quest
 
The Suspicious Ocean House: Obtain the Giant's Wallet
Notes: Ocean Spider House no longer has to be completed on Day 1, 
 
Target-Shooting Champ (2): Get a perfect score of 50 and obtain the Piece of Heart from the Town Shooting Gallery
Notes: 2 part quest, you need to get both the bow upgrade and HP to beat the quest 6:00 (day) - 10:00 (Night) all days
 
Swamp Shooting Champ (2): Get a score of 2180+ and obtain the Piece of Heart from the Swamp Shooting Gallery
Notes: 2 part quest, you need to get both the bow upgrade and HP to beat the quest 6:00 (day) - 10:00 (Night) all days
 
Three Days of Gaming (4): Obtain a Piece of Heart from Honey & Darling
Notes: 4 part quest, Must get PERFECT! score on all 3 days in the SAME CYCLE, open all day on every day
 
Lucky Numbers: Win the clock town lotto on all 3 days
Notes: This is now needed for 100%, don't have to win all days in the same cycle, lotto numbers are made the same way as notebook
 
Master Swordsman: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Swordsman School
Notes: Clear the expert course at the swordsman school, jumpslash jumpslash jumpslash
 
A Treasure-Chest Prize: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Treasure Chest Shop game
Notes: Must do the game as Goron Link, 6:00 (day) - 10:00 (night) on first and second days, all day on final day
 
Deku Flower Power (4): Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Deku Scrub Playground
Notes: 4 part quest, Must complete all 3 days in the SAME CYCLE open 6:00 (day) - 11:30 (night) on all days
 
Find a Keaton: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Keaton Quiz
Notes: Some questions are different/changed/added, locations are milk road, north clock town, and mountain village
 
Secret Gossip (5): Obtain a Piece of Heart from the large gossip stone
Notes: Play New Wave Bossa Nova or Goron's Lullaby or Sonata of Awakening to all respective gossip stones (must be same colour)
 
Follow That Scrub (2): Obtain a Piece of Heart from the business scrub in the hole near the Astral Observatory
Notes: 2 part quest, you must view the scrub from the astral observatory first, also select no way to bargain down 50 rupees
 
Pictograph Contest: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Swamp Tourist Center
Notes: Can be either a picture of Tingle or Deku King
 
The Terrifying Swamp House: Obtain the Mask of Truth
Notes: Just collect all 30 spiders as normal
 
A Potion Hag's New Business: Obtain an empty bottle from Koume's target shooting game
Notes: The reward was swapped with Dampé's reward, now this is a bottle and Dampé's game is a HP
 
A Royal Rush (3): Obtain the Mask of Scents
Notes: 3 part quest, You must beat woodfall and bring the deku princess back to her family 
 
A Goron's Grief: Obtain the Don Gero's Mask
Notes: 4 part quest, give the rock sirloin to the hungry goron, you can technically BA rock sirloin
 
An Explosive Exam: Gain the ability to use Powder Kegs
Notes: GOTTA GO FAST
 
Goron Races! Rock 'n' Roll!: Win the Goron Race and Obtain a bottle of Gold Dust
Notes: You can use Gold Dust for easy rupees in Curiosity Shop, also Gilded Sword, Race is a Rubber Band style race
 
A Sharper Sword (2): Obtain the Gilded Sword
Notes: 2 part quest, The Razor Sword does not deteriorate with spin attacks, use that to your advantage
 
Reunite the Frog Choir (5): Obtain a Piece of Heart after conducting the Frog Choir
Notes: 5 part quest, Frog locations are Laundry Pool, Southern Swamp (on a log), Woodfall temple and Great Bay temple  
 
Win Big at the Doggy Race: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Doggy Racetrack
Notes: Need to win 150 rupees, pick the gold FrankerZ, RNG isn't too bad, Mask of Truth is not needed but recommended
 
Fishy Friends: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the fish in the Marine Research Lab
Notes: You can potentially manipulate this, but it's pretty straightforward
 
Spider House Mystery: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Oceanside Spider House
Notes: Either need the bow or use a Zora Ledge clip to get this HP
 
A Fish Wish (2): Obtain a Piece of Heart from the seahorse in pinnacle rock
Notes: You must give a pictograph of a pirate to the fisherman and defeat all of the sea snakes
 
Gimme a Break: Earn 90 rupees from the Zora pot-breaking game
Notes: This is now needed for 100%, setup is 3 backflips and 1 short one open all day on all days
 
Race the Beaver Bros.! (2): Obtain a Piece of Heart from the beaver brothers
Notes: 2 part quest, 4 races to obtain an empty bottle and piece of heart, 2nd day route is the fastest
 
Light It to Right It: Obtain 5 rupees by lighting up the stage in Zora Hall
Notes: This is now needed in 100%, You must light four torches at the top of zora hall and talk to the zora in front of the stage as human link
 
Playing Paparazzi: Obtain rupees by selling a picture of Lulu to a huge fan
Notes: Now needed for 100%, At Lulu's door after you go up to him he'll be at the top of Zora Hall where you light up the stage
 
A Zora Swan Song (3): Obtain a Piece of Heart from Evan
Notes: 3 part quest, but can skip jam session with Japas, song is YYRLLRYL and XXYRRYXR
 
The Seafarer's Challenge: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the fisherman's jumping game
Notes: Slash your sword doesn't work anymore :/ from 7:00 (day) - 4:00 (night) on all days, can't play the game when a night transition is supposed to happen
 
Buried Treasure: Explore the Graveyard and get Song of Storms, Piece of Heart and Piece of Heart from all 3 graveyard days
Notes: Does not need to be all in the same cycle, Dampé reward is now a HP instead of a bottle, All night on all days
 
Free the Canyon Ghosts: Obtain a Piece of Heart from defeating the four Poe Sisters
Notes: You can use Song of Healing to reduce the price from 30 rupees to 10 rupees
 
Vanquished Foes Return: Obtain a Piece of Heart from the Secret Shrine
Notes: You need at least 16 hearts to complete the shrine
 
Child's Play (5): Obtain the Fierce Deity's Mask
Notes: Gyorg trial is changed, follow the fish, playing a song in front of gossip stones still work for twinmold trial
 
The Bomber's Code: Obtain your secret code
Notes: Automatic completed quest
 
Fraternal Milk: Obtain an empty bottle from the Troupe Leader
Notes: Entirely new quest for the 7th bottle in the game, talk to the troupe leader in the stock pot inn between 6:00 (day) - 12:00 (day) on the second day, he'll ask for milk, talk to his brothers between 12:00 (day) and 6:00 (day/night transition) and they'll give you the mystery milk, you have 2 minutes to bring the milk to the Gorman Troupe Leader and get your reward of an empty bottle, (you can use epona or bunny hood but not goron mask or song of soaring). You cannot have done any quests involving the gorman brothers, milk bar or ranch, it will have to be a fresh start to the cycle when doing this quest.
 
Once you have 100% the Bomber's notebook you will get a ribbon at the top that looks like this
