Is a no particles pack verfiable and is a chunk distance limiter verifiable

From what I've heard, no particle packs aren't allowed

Why it don't give u an advantage it just lowers lag

Chunk Distance is fine, but No Particles as stated is not allowed. I'm not a mod, but they have agreed that No Particles won't be allowed for runs.
