Probably, the run could’ve been much faster and 5+ minutes pb improvements aren’t sus anymore since 1.16 is mostly luck based.

@Kokafishin he said on the stream that he did not know. He did not have any more gold, so I understand taking the risk. It is still suspicious, but run shouldn't be rejected without hard evidence.
It hurts so much to see a friend go through this much just because of his luck. His insane luck turned out to be the most unlucky thing to happen to him. He got humiliated on stream by the mods and then told that the run is actually on review. That shit hurts dude... There is no logical reason why he would throw away he 1.14 world record because he wanted 1.16 as well. I know korb is not an idiot. He wouldn't throw away his speedrunning career just for that.
the world regen animation at the start looks real, unlike the "drem" run from a few months ago. it makes sense to be skeptical of such a huge time difference from the previous WR. but personally I think it's legit.
but then again, I've never posted any of my runs and have never gotten a sub 40 min so idk what my opinion counts for : p
Just to say, on the bedrock community, M8use got a 13:05 rsg on 1.16. After reviewing it, the mods realized it was legit. With a 13:05 rsg on bedrock, this is very possible.

ngl, everything looked legit until 7:59. the only reason i say that is because he did not check the cords went into water which that is normal ( its pretty legit for runners) but really thats it it may still be very legit.

His specs are not the greatest. Ryzen 5 2600. He could definitely optimize obs in order to get 60 fps recording and less lag in game but it is what it is.
