So optifine is known for certain things like dynamic lighting and zoom, and given that optifine is now banned 1.16+, are there any mods that are allowed as a replacement for these?

no those features are banned if you use Optifine for pre 1.14 so no fabric mods will be allowed

instead of using 30 fov in game just use 30 fov irl by moving to like, 2 centimeters away from your monitor omegalul
