The last run that was submitted was 5 years ago. If I made and submitted a run, would it get verified and posted if it followed the proper rules, or are their no moderators for this category anymore?

I think it’s reasonable to assume that every existing category on a leaderboard is open for submissions, unless it’s specifically stated otherwise somewhere.

Hey - Late reply to this but yes, if you submit to this board, it is being watched and we will verify the run permitting it follows rules and such
