Are you allowed to use quest two disconnected from pc and screen record what you see casted to another device, I want to try either the 50 tasks or 100 tasks speedrun but that's my only way of doing and recording it and I wanted to know if that was ok

As long as the footage is clear, than yeah, that should be perfectly fine.
