How to download older versions of ITB

# **Information you need**:
**App ID**: 1987080
**Depot ID**: 1987081
**Manifest ID**: 
- Version 0.2.1 - 2050965894174721648 
- Version 0.2.0 - 998255959345561329
- Version 0.1.9 - 7978127414057891329

**For a more specific Patch**

		Select the patch you want and at the very bottom of the "Changed Files in This Update" you'll see a green Manifest ID
		**NOTE: Be sure to understand which version your downloading since there might be different glitches or bugs with each version.**

# **What To Do Next**
Once you have all the above information
- Launch steam console using this link 
steam://nav/console
- And use the command 
	download_depot <appid> <depotid> <manifestid>
	- Example:
                - For version 0.2.1
                        download_depot 1987080 1987081 2050965894174721648 
                - For version 0.2.0
                        download_depot 1987080 1987081 998255959345561329
		- For version 0.1.9
			download_depot 1987080 1987081 7978127414057891329
	**NOTE: The console will NOT change once the command is ran. It is still downloading just give it time.**
		
It installs the entire game again so it will take more or less time based on your internet.
This will install that version of the game to a separate location in your steam files. 
Once the console says "Depot download complete" it will give you the location it installed the game. 
Usually in Steam/steamapps/content/app_#####/depot_####### 
From there you just run the 'Inside the Backrooms.exe'

How to install the Speedrunner Mod

# ITBSpeedrunnerMod

-  Moves lobby moth jelly and spawnpoints to ladder
-  Detects normally bad VHS/Clock hands spawns
-  Gets rid of loud exit game sound
-  Adds buttons for resetting and starting games quickly

## MelonLoader Install Steps

- FOR 0.6.0 Install Microsoft .NET Desktop Runtime [https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.13-windows-x64-installer](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.13-windows-x64-installer)
- Download MelonLoader Installer [https://github.com/HerpDerpinstine/MelonLoader/releases/latest/download/MelonLoader.Installer.exe](https://github.com/HerpDerpinstine/MelonLoader/releases/latest/download/MelonLoader.Installer.exe)
-  Launch the installer
-  Select the version of MelonLoader you wish to use (0.6.0 or 0.6.1)
-  Select the the Inside the Backrooms.exe
-  Press install

- Add the dll into the Mods folder generated within the Inside the Backrooms folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Inside The Backrooms\Mods)

## Troubleshooting

- If problems arise with missing dependencies, try this!
- Download [https://github.com/LavaGang/Unity-Runtime-Libraries/raw/master/2022.3.2.zip](https://github.com/LavaGang/Unity-Runtime-Libraries/raw/master/2022.3.2.zip "https://github.com/LavaGang/Unity-Runtime-Libraries/raw/master/2022.3.2.zip")
- Rename the zip file to "UnityDependencies_2022.3.4"
- Place the zip file in \Inside The Backrooms\MelonLoader\Dependencies\Il2CppAssemblyGenerator
- Run Game
- If still not working, reinstall melonloader using melonloaderinstaller.exe

## How to Use

- When starting a game from Lobby, you will spawn in front of the ladder with moth jelly there!
-  Near the list of mods, there is a toggle for activating the VHS/Hands detector, white = ON!
-  Below that are the buttons that let you change reset/start keys.
-  The options for starting the game in a certain way are below that, there are starting area, difficulty, and player (multiplayer) parameters.
-  There is also a key for joining multiplayer lobbies, along with a name text field, the key will join "Game of (textfield)"

## Notes

- This mod is **NOT** required for runs, it only helps to quicken resetting and have live runs
- This, the practice mod (included in this mod), and the LiveSplit mod (found in the speedrun discord) are the **ONLY** allowed mods for submitting runs.
- It is recommended to not cover the active mods text from this mod with livesplit
