Figured I would post this here so people know. If you have a large amount of ghosts, the game may freeze for a few seconds on finishing an event to save the ghost database. For a run like this that time loss can make or break a run.

The easiest way to avoid this is to create a new steam account, then set up steam family sharing between the two accounts so you don't need to buy the game again. Since the new account has no ghosts it should not freeze on finishing an event.
