This would be for any% and 100% NG speedruns

By loading screens I mean when the screen goes dark with the sword in the corner, and the screen where the silhouettes of the characters travel across the screen while there are tips underneath. I thought I saw somewhere that it was okay, but I'm not completely sure so I wanted to clarify this.
