Code Not Magic has created a mod for HWSTC and I think it will help us in speedrunning what about it

while these mods are all fun, I don't see any use it could do to help the speedrun scene. If anything, I am worried runs will be submitted by modifying car stats

But on the one hand, there will be a lot of fun and new challenges!

I agree with Orca, modded cars shouldn't be in this as someone could easily mess around and skip the challenge part of the game
