Gundam Battle Assault 2: StreetMode Speedrun for Tallgeese III

I can definitely clean this up. I had a lot of sub-optimal conversions, dropped combos, and some randomness here and there with the AI.

I got the most mileage out of constant pressure and meaty beam saber.
