There is an OHKO mod for SA, but none for VC. So I made one: https://github.com/hdc0/OHKO-VC/releases/download/v1.0/ohko_vc.exe

It will enable OHKO for the specified GTA process until GTA is closed. Works with v1.0, v1.1 and the Japanese version. Steam version is not supported.

It's like playing with 1 health and 0 armor.

I played through it and it's pretty fun, just that the game froze up in a weird way at some point. I first lost control of the mouse for a few seconds, then the keyboard, then it all just froze. I'm not sure if that's a product of the mod or not though.

That's strange. I tested all missions and never had this bug.
