DLC Cars

If you do not have any DLC Packs, then none of the DLC cars will be avaliable to drive, they will still appear but have the Add-On option.
The DLC cars are from Tier 2 to Tier 4, and are avaliable from Season 3 to 5.
Tier 2 Cars are: Volkswagen Golf R (Performance), BMW 1 Series M Coupe (Performance), BMW E30 (Performance), Ford Mustang Mach 1 (Performance), Chervolet Camaro Z28 (Performance), Dodge Charger (Performance).
Tier 3 Cars are: Honda 5Zigen Civic Super Modified, Chervolet "Tyler MCQuarrie" Camaro SS, Nissan Daijiro Yoshihara 240 SX (S13), Mitsubishi Team Orange EVO X, Nissan NOS Energy 370Z, Mazda Panspeed RX7, Subaru Tomei Cusco Impreza WRX STI, Nissan Auto Gallery Skyline GT-R (R32), Ford Racing UTE, Nissa Skyline GT-R Group A (R32), Ford Sierra RS500 (Group A).
Tier 4 Cars are: BMW Z4 GT3, Pagani Zonda Revolucion, Koenigsegg CCGT, Aston Martin V12 Zagato (N24).
Other DLC cars are the Mclaren MP4-12C GT3, Nissan GT-R Spec-V, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722GT and the Dallara IndyCar. These cars are only avalible when you purchase the DLC Packs, and are not avaliable to be selected unless they have been purchased.

How to get Grid 2 Demo on your steam account

Quick explanation here since if you have normal grid 2 on your steam it wouldnt just let you add it throu steam page.
So first you gonna need a second steam account without grid 2 (could be brand new), then you go to grid 2 steam page and on the right after scrolling a little theres a "download demo" button, you press it and install grid 2 demo on your pc.
After it downloaded you can switch back to your main account and it should show up in your library

Main Game Progression

After the first race, you will be introduced to Patrick Callaghan. He will invite you to a test day around indianapolis Speedway. This is designed for new players to get a handle of the Physics of the game, and actaully has no bearing to the speedrun of this game, so it can be skipped instantly.
Afterwards, you will be asked for a few details, no of which have any real relevance to the run, so you can just skip this part, as well as just selecting a name or nickmane that you will be refered to throughout the game. Unless you are called pat or want to be, quickly select nicknames and go with Phantom.
After this, you will be sent to the difficulty select. Medium and full damage are the default. Select which one based upon the run that you want to do.
After this you will be able to do the first race, California Race with New Union.
After completing this race, you will be able to select your first car, as well as be able to select your first sponsors.
In Season 1, there are 3 to choose from, and as you progress you will be able to choose upto 5.
Each sponsor gives you an objective that when completed, will grant you a small boost in fans. These objectives change as you progress from Club Events to WSR in the Season, as well as Season to Season.
There are a few different Catagories that the sponsors are split into;
Lifestyle; Racing Parts; Corporate; Wheels & Tyres; Racing Apparel; Technology; Aftermarket; Racing Tech.
The main "currency" is Fans, each race will grant you fans, each completed sposnor objective will grant you fans, and upon unlocking the WSR and unlocking the Next Season, you will be boosted to a Set fan number.
