So on the PC version, when the game is loading in you are able to move the mouse during the load time to change where you look when you spawn in. Maybe this is not as major as I think but starting the game looking at the Duck Cabinet has given me some of my best runs. Is this against rules or is it legal?

I dont see any problem with it because after all you are still the same distance away from the duck cabinet.
