Back when I first was attempting to get the world record in this speedrun, I already knew one fact - Demon Wario was the best character speed-wise, having high movement speed, a great jump, and most importantly, high damage. However, DEMON WARIO IS HARD. Not only is he unable to crouch and has a bigger hitbox in general, but he takes double damage flat out. Beating Untouchable with him in general, let alone speedrunning it and beating Emma who is the far harder of the bosses, seemed entirely unrealistic so I just did it with the 2nd best character, Mario, who is the easiest to beat Untouchable with.

And then today I randomly thought that I should at least give it a go. As expected, I was met with an insanely difficult challenge. Yet somehow, someway, I was able to get through to Emma with all of my lives at a tied pace leading up to her. Then, armed with the information that touching Emma doesn't actually hurt you, I was able to finally beat her faster than Mario ever could via Demon Wario's larger damage stat. If someone actually beats this record, my hat's off to them, because I seriously doubt anyone wants to even try.
