Hello! You can view the list of games sorted by fewest runs here. Note that there's a bug in that it only counts full game runs, so many of the games listed as having 0 runs do have some or even many runs purely in the ILs.
You can also filter the list by platform, to better find games available for you.
If you want a very obscure game with few runs, here's a game that can (apparently) only be ran on airplane seats.
