Use this file to patch your xlive.dll. Paste this files into your F1 2011 folder. The game will run. You must let Steam install the game requirements (Rapture, OpenAL, DirectX, even GFWL, then you must paste the xlive.ini and xlive.dll from the zip file to the steam game folder. If you don't want your IGN for Time Trial's ILs, then open the xlive.ini and change your name.
UserName = YourName.

This is a verbatim post from the one I did in F1 2010. Yet. I still need to work on rewriting the rules for 2010 and then I'll proceed with 2011. But, anyways, I'll let y'all know the new ruleset we'll be using here.
