Since ChoaslegionKaeru beat my record I have now incorporated two new things from his route. First thing is getting the Sinking Module before Dash and Slam, which saves ~10 seconds. The second one is skipping the wall clip for the Firestorm weapon and float glitch and instead going around, which saves ~40 seconds.

Still, this was my first full run with the new route so it's not perfect, but it's good enough for now.
