On the main menu, simply hold your "Z" key and then press any of the following (this list shows which number correlates to which level)

1 - Home 2 - Town 7 3 - Motel 4 - Prison 5 - Roads Prison 6 - Big City 7 - Small Town

Once you have pressed Z+(x) you can then load that level by pressing "Resume"
