hello I am new to speedrunning and decided on DW3 as my first game to run. I've looked around and can't seem to find any concrete rules that apply to the run (in regards to emulators and what settings are aloud) is there a place where these rules are posted or should I just ask in the discord?

I asked about Emulator and settings/plugins before in the discord and the response I got was "ePSXe 1.9.0 everything else is up to you (no overclock, obviously)"
