NG+ Rules: "Unlock the Epilogue with dashes set to 2 using assist mode from a new file."
since it specifies "unlock the epilogue," i would say no. and if there's a loophole, i'm pretty sure the rules would get updated.

Another new category got added as a category extension: Cny%
If you have no idea what Cny% is, it is unlocking Epilogue while not finishing any A-Sides or B-Sides, and using the 'hearts 16' debug command after Prologue. This results in the C-Sides being unlocked, but you can't select them until you
