The category was no longer applicable

when the category was no longer applicable the moderator submitted a run under the name N/A

it just shows that the category cannot be speedrunned

I know sorry and thanks, I just realized that because it was said in the rules when Speedrunners use these categories NG+, Closest Border and Small was ONLY meant for all 4 Borders not closest. If you don't get what I mean, I'm meaning that NG+ cannot be used for Closest Border runs and regardless of the world size of course.
