It's mostly self explanetory - the actual collectable is at the center of the symbol, except for L1 & L2 which have a small yellow dot at the actual location of the collectable.

Some collectables are airborne and require a jump to reach for these I marked the 'run up' required, take these with a grain of salt since it depends on what car/car class and strategy you use
