There used to be a spreadsheet going around with spawn times. I never found the original, but instead had this screenshot:
Took the liberty of updating the times because there's some new stages added and realised that I didn't get the same times on some stages like on the sheet above. I found out that those times may have been timed with 1X speed (didn't confirm). Apart from that, the ordering based on time wasn't the same from what I found/timed.
