Sub 1; finally got it. Chores were awful, but the map was pretty well. I had a panicBasket at the end of the run (55m), but I fixed that with the magic of video editing, only talking to Nook about the last upgrade was lost. If it helps, I even lost time by selecting the pink roof.

Reason starting the run, splitting and ending the split-timer ends so late, is because the Elgato has a delay of 1.5 seconds, causing livesplit to fall behind.
