Ohhhh Shit, Sorry, I got that wrong, I thought: Glitchless Run means with Glitchless and normal ANy% without Glitchless :D. Sorry My Bad :D xD I'm still learning <3 

Any% category means unrestricted, runners allowed to use any glitch/skip to beat the game by any means necessary. I would suggest reading the category rules and watching the two type of runs glitchless/glitches to have better understanding.
