Also small technicality - the rules don't specify that you can't use the Restart Option, but I'd recommend specifying that isn't allowed, as you would otherwise be allowed to effectively RTA the Ingame Timer. Yes, restarting does not reset the timer, and Yes, it does work to get the Abyssal Skins.
