From there, you'll want to place the save in the path \Ghostrunner2\Saved\SaveGames[long string of numbers]
The Save File has these upgrades equipped, in this arrangement. Do note that Glass Vampire is equipped, which disables blocking.

Do not Submit with IGT
Do not submit using In-Game Time for Individual Levels or Roguerunner. This is stated plainly in the Game Rules and Category Rules. Submitting in IGT tell us you aren't reading the rules, and frankly, that's frustrating.
