Quirky issue with deleting saves:
so this was a first for the crashing thing, crashed before i even entered the castle and it didn't give me an error message like it usually does:

The game will randomly crash for some reason and give you an error like this.
i've had it happen mostly on death but it has happened after i grabbed the dash ability as well.
it's not too big of a deal for any% that i've seen...just be ready to fire it back up if it does happen....or just reset, i'm not your dad, do whatever you want. =P also, this might just be a placebo but if a run dies when i'm deep or i've reset a few times in the beginning i've started closing and rebooting the game and it might be keeping the crashing from happening...so try that, maybe it helps.
Note: this is for the PC version, not sure if it's the same for the linux version.
All glitches and issue's are present in version 1 of the game...not sure if we'll ever get a patch.
