Hi everyone! So I got into speedrunning last summer and I finally decided to sign up in speedrun.com. I don't have the greatest PC but I'm fine at the moment, I plan to speedrun some easy / obscure / not-so-popular 2D retro games until I can -in some way- record some N64-onwards 3D games. Nevermind, I don't plan to spend lots of hours in speedrunning but is actually a very fun hobby.

Hello everyone! So, I was thinking about speedrunning some categories in the G&W Gallery series but I was having problems installing or downloading input display programs. The Input Overlay plugin makes OBS crash and I don't find any program that can show a keyboard onscreen. So, I was wondering if keystroke programs were legit. Instead of showing the full keyboard display, they just record what keys are being pressed. I understand that it may be -and it actually is- a very specific request but I wanted to ask first, just in case.
