Mummy Dragon fight strategies

Basics: Every other cycle, the Mummy Dragon will be at the lowest position as it charges the player.  Three attacks can be landed each cycle, with the dragon raising in the air slightly after each hit.
At the height after three hits, a fireball spell can be used to achieve a fourth hit.

Cycle skips:
Taking damage during the dragon's attack at the far left side of the screen can cause the dragon to start the next cycle lower than normal.  This can be used to speed up the fight slightly. 
Arrows can be used at the far left side of the screen to skip the attack entirely.
Fireballs can be used at the far left side of the screen to skip the attack entirely, and appear to be the most consistent way to lead to a favorable next cycle.

Old Castle - early escape

Escaping the Old Castle at the start of the game early saves a few seconds, and I've seen some other runners almost get it.  The essence of the skip is realizing that you get less knockback when ducking - so you can climb the half-formed stairs and immediately duck, to avoid getting knocked off.

RNG Manipulation for Any% Easy - early boomerangs

Save & Quit Timesaves

Compared to NMG, where S&Q is banned, Any% saves roughly this much time in these spots:

Beach Key 21s (add 2s if you get the game over potion)                                                                                            
Mouse Chest 1s ¤
Fish Heart 1s
Thunder Ring 13.5s
Early Magical Saber 8s
Lion 9s
Bird 9s

TOTAL: Anywhere between 1:00 - 1:05. This depends on game over potion and how well you execute certain parts in NMG (ex: how fast you create the Magical Saber staircase to get out if you get it early).

¤ could skip this chest to save much more time, but would probably end up losing time getting this money later.

There might be other possible uses that I missed, but this provides a nice baseline to add to as far as timesave goes.
