Rules says you are allowed to change FPS in game settings throughout the run.
Are there any plans to make a rule that says you cannot go higher than 60 FPS or something, but still change it between 0 to 60, so even the people with hardware disadvantage can have a chance claiming the top as well?
Next time use the FUCKING forum in Half-Life 2 Category Extensions. I am sick of people going in here both submitting AND writing in forums when it's Half-Life 2 With Half-Life 1 Movements.
We already have a channel on Sourceruns discord for half life alyx. The text channel is source2-general. We would like if we kept all the discussion in there. discord.gg/sourceruns You can also join just by clicking on discord under guides.
Yeah, bhop in half life source is a lot slower than in half life and yes when you crouch when you are out of bounds you cant uncrouch unless you get inbounds again. That is just how half life source is. It is not the same as in half life 1 at all.
Half-Life: Source has a void clipbrush out of bounds (i think its called) which makes it so you are stuck when going out of bounds so you cannot just jump everywere when you are oob. If you want i can send you an older version of this game that lets you run free when out of bounds. The problem with that version is that it does not have the same glitches compare to the steam version.
I just replaced all my steam files into the old version and those it asked for if i should replace them because of same name i just said no and it worked.
Hey Amberdrive, it has been 4 months since someone has wrote in here, how is it going? Anything new? I would like to see more runs of this. Maybe a new runner will join this at some point.
Is there any places where you could get Crysis version 1.1.5879? By the looks of it you can only get 1.6156 on steam. Is there not a way to just get a copy of all the files instead of having to buy the version at origin?
The minimum you need is this: OS: Windows 7, Vista, XP Processor: 1.7 Ghz Memory: 512 MB RAM Graphics: DirectX 8.1 level Graphics Card (requires support for SSE) Storage: 6500 MB available space Judging from your pc specs you should barely be able to play Half-Life 2, but you will probably have some fps issues
There are no autosplits for hls steampipe but it works with sourcesplits. I have a tutorial being working on and i was first planning to release it when its done but here is my video how to setup game time for livesplit on steam verison in half life source
