Yes, runs are retimed to exclude loads
I don't want to sound cocky or anything, but as someone that's been strafing for 5+ years, console can still keep up, although PC definitely has an advantage over console for a few reasons. It just takes a lot (and I mean months, maybe years) of practice. That said, I don't think that is something that should change just based on that reason
Going off your Takedown run for MW2R, it seems mostly fine. As far as smoother goes, perhaps lowering your sensitivity would help. For MWR/MW2R, I play on 3 for both horizontal/vertical. The main issues I saw were that:
- You don't turn enough when you strafe. Most of the speed you get comes from turning, but you don't want to turn too much, you still need to maintain good lines
- A lot of the time you don't sprint enough to get enough speed from turning on the ground
If you try a lower sens and spend a little more time on the ground before jumping each time, you should be able to turn more/get more speed out of it

As a console player, if I really cared enough I'd just use the filter. I can understand given the new strats that are essentially PC only, but like, just use the filter 4Head

The thing at the end I hardly ever have a chance at even going for because I just fail everything before it, but seeing the run you submitted, you at least got it :D
for me it was on and off for about a week, no more than like 30 minutes at a time. As for the number of attempts, I would guess around 500-600
I will say that when I got 9.4, my sensitivity was on 10 or 11. I'd say anything 10+ should be good as long as you can get used to it. I do think ReapZ uses 20 in his 8.65, but you'd have to ask him

You've posted this same exact thing before. Your limitations basically defeat the purpose of a speedrun, so the answer won't change. This isn't something that is going to be added
You pause the timer when the loading bar shows up after each level and then un-pause when the screen changes after you press A/X to go on to the next one. If you watch a run or two, you’ll see what I mean
There is no autosplitter, but there is a load remover, so unless one is made in the future, you will have to manually split for the time being
