As some of you guys know the original bounty set last year would've been determined today but due to unforeseen circumstances in the community that saw a lot of runners runs disappearing it was determined that the bounty should be reset and started again in order for fairness within the Bounty competition.

The Bounty: I really want to see this community become a lot more active and competitive so I am setting a bounty to hopefully bring in more players as well as make current community more active. I am Setting the bounty at $300 to be claimed according to the rules below.

The Rules: The bounty will be split amongst all IL record holders as of the closing date of March 30th 2023, This means if you hold one record or twenty records you will be eligible to claim a split of the prize money but you are more likely to secure a spot if you have more IL records to your name. The split rule also mean if 10 people hold records they will receive a split of $30 each and if 4 people have it they claim $75 each. I myself will be competing but I will not be eligible for the prize money as I am setting the bounty so if the IL record holders on closing date are me and four other people the four other people will claim the bounty and I get nothing.

Prologue: The bounty may be increased as the competition goes on depending on how many people actively compete in the IL categories. I would like to wish you all luck in the competition and I hope you enjoy the challenge.

Recently I have had to reject a few runs due to a lack of on-screen timer. I can't stress this enough guys, if you are going for a non-highscore run of the game you are required to have an on-screen timer to verify your time.

Recently I made a speedrun attempt of Barnstorming which was released in 1982, as I submitted the run I'm wondering to myself "what is the oldest game on the site?"

While casually playing New Vegas I thought to myself "how about a category where the objective is to get banned from gambling in all the casinos in the game?"

Basically it will be a luck 10 running challenge which ends when you get banned from gambling in all 4 casinos in the game. The casinos can be played in any order and timer ends when you get dialogue informing you that you are banned from final casino. There are a lot of ways this could be run, it could be run via traditional speedrun routes or any route the player chooses to take. In a game where casinos are present I believe this could make a good category, but what do you guys think? :)

hey guys quick question for general discussion but what is the longest speedrun you guys have ever done?

I am writing this post regarding how often the leaderboards on the 2 user leaderboards get updated for run counts.

Following my recent WR run of 15seconds via Clipping out of the Main map I am considering creating a glitchless Any% category to make running the game fairer for those who wish to run the game as originally intended by the developer. I will post the new category some point next week so stay tuned and good luck folks :)

I have noticed that the community is now 2 people making it more competitive which is why I'm hoping in due time we get more players in this game community :)

The other day I had a thought how to raise as much rice as humanly possible and then I thought, why not have an endurance category to see who can raise the most rice in one sitting of 2 hours on Freerice.com?

For those who have taken part in the games current speed run categories I have a quick question for you, did you guys find this game through this site or did you own it beforehand?

Quick question for you guys, what are the fastest speed runs you've ever come across while in the speed running community?

I understand this game is brand new to the website but is there a mod active that can verify my submitted run, I have been awaiting verification for almost a week and it seems that the moderator is inactive.
