Emulator available?

It's not mentioned anywhere in the rules, and the emulator record is shown by default. If it's impossible, please tell me the reason. Especially on the Dreamcast. I don't intend to use the emulator myself, but I was a little curious.

In Japan, most players are playing PC version. I guess you could suggest the rules of Dreamcast version in terms of the emulator available. Then, we could optimize the rules. What is common sense about that?

I've never actually played on the Dreamcast emulator. I wanted to check it because it wasn't in the rules. I thought the moderator knew something. I'm planning on it on Dreamcast since the PC version is expensive, so I'll check it out if I ever get around to doing it on the Dreamcast in the future. Thank you for answering my question
