Old run, not sure why this isnt on SRC

Mod note: older run that can be verified to be ran before rule changes were active (d4 "oob" transition, blaino skip) and has been submitted to zeldaspeedruns at the time. Therefore accepting the run for the leaderboards even though rules have changed.
