Ohio, USAnot sure exactly but when i equipped the engine for the first that's what the PP was it changed when I picked the tires after wondering why mine wasn't going to 709. Maybe it was just glitched for that day. that 611 number doesn't really matter anyway as nobody's times are going to be with a Class A Bulldog under 709.
just to give some more added context to this. the classes of the game have gone like this.
A Class 365-235 B Class 234-165 C Class 164-100 D Class under 100
now with the bulldog Tournament Reward. Which gives you a 611 Class A Bulldog with the Engine and 709 Class A Bulldog when adding the tires has basically broken that system of the game's classes being above 365. now there's an idea that it's somewhat balanced with it being very jerky and almost undrivable however as you've all seen 1 lap times are very possible and very common on some tracks thanks to it being double what all class A cars are. I think we should be having this discussion due to the fact that imo it's broken the game's class system and if there's another one coming why not have a special category calling it like the S Class for SuperClass. Plus it's knocked off times by 4 or 5 seconds due to it's added engine upgrade being beyond anything that the game should have due to the structure of how the classes should be set up but instead, the devs made a joke reward that's now made speedruns on some tracks of class A cars unbalanced. My final point is The Bulldog Tournament Reward Car's top speed is so great that you don't even have to put the gear ratio on long for it to be 10.0 speed. It can go to the right of standard where every other car in the game to reach 10.0 speed has to be on long.
