I'd like to get mod on both Unreal and Unreal Mission Pack: Return to Na Pali, seeing as none of the current mods for the first game are active, and despite not having done full runs before, I know the game pretty well (both how it works and the current route).

As for the second game, I'm the only active runner right now (as far as leaderboards are concerned).

My main issue is as I said before, there are sections which might be faster with save hovering abuse when you remove all those loading times, but in real that same section just gets longer. That inverted proportionality between igt and rta makes me uneasy, might as well count the time in rendered frames at that point and not execution time

The problem here is that longer load times affect the method for save/hovering (timing between save/load/jump). Technically, slower loading times would be faster with igt because you'd have more time to react. Besides, the loading time difference isn't a game breaker on modern hard-drives, seeing as the current WR for both Unreal and RTNP doesn't use an SSD.

I'd say RTA for not only for the reason you mentioned, but because saving/loading is and integral part of both Unreal and RTNP speedruns, and although some of that loading time is hardware related, the rest of it is actual execution time you'd be excluding from the run (i.e chaining save/load/jump together).

Besides, there can be instances where you possibly could spend a lot longer just save hovering and get a slower time from that with igt, where with RTA it wouldn't save time (still haven't tested this, but I can think of that happening with climbing the cliff on the first map of RTNP, where it is about 5-10 seconds slower in RTA).

B. All options are dumb in their own way, so might as well stick with what every other game uses instead of being different for no good reason.

"Complete the game" is bad, as in some eyes completion could mean getting to the credits as for others it could mean 100% (completing everything)

Categories on the leaderboards should be evaluated according to their goal and not to their execution. It is completely fine to have it as a misc category imo, i.e if this has no place on the leaderboards, Kingdom Come surely has even less reasons to be there.

There seems to be some discrepancy between some runs of this game, i.e, Zen_Aku95's CTF run is of the non-GOTY ladder while mmsrhino's novice run is of the GOTY ladder. This is an issue that I suggest should be addressed by either creating separate leaderboards for each ladder of just add a tag to the current leaderboards.

If you're not aware of this, the GOTY version of the game added the maps DM-ArcaneTemple, DM-Malevolence, and replaced DM-Barricade by DM-Shrapnel][ in the Deathmatch ladder, and it added CTF-Hydro16 and CTF-Orbital to the CTF ladder. However, the GOTY ladder can be reverted back to the old ladder by editing the UnrealTournament.ini file. Also (don't quote me on this as I'm not entirely sure if this is the reason), if you play on a version older than 436 and/or don't have certain bonus packs some team you face on the ladders won't be the same as in GOTY.

i'd say ZotonFace to keep in line with what's currently available. DonaldFace is too game specific, and PepsiMax is not really related to anything gta, is it?
