Nevermind, just getting a Lenovo N22 Laptop (non touchscreen)

I have 0 clue on how computers work, and I can't build one, so can something such as the Thinkpad x61 run a ps2 emulator at 60fps? I need a budget computer fast...

Not saying I don't like this, it's actually nice to see such a friendly and quite community. Still trying to figure out what to speedrun...

The Wonderswan was truly a neat little machine...shame it didn't get a NA release but most of the games were arcade type games that don't require much reading. I would've loved a remaster on say the Ps2 (mostly because of how easy it is to get a region free one)
